What you will do

• Actively engage with potential clients through various channels (phone, email, social media) to introduce our products/services and understand their needs.
• Assist senior sales consultants in organizing sales presentations, follow-ups, and negotiations to secure new business deals.
• Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and understand industry trends.
• Track and analyze prospective customer pipeline, presenting stats and progress to Growth team
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, including client communications and sales outcomes, in our CRM system.
• Develop a thorough understanding of our product offerings to provide accurate information to clients.
• Gather customer feedback to aid in product/service improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Proven interest in sales with the ability to demonstrate understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and team members.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive attitude and willingness to take initiative and learn on the job.
• Fluent English speaking and writing is required.
• Basic proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Educational Qualification
